Jill Foley

Jill is founder and managing partner of consulting firm On3 Partners. Jill is a thought leader in organisation design and strategic talent management and the creator of the Future Back approach to Talent Management.

  • Jill is a thought leader in organisation design and strategic talent management and the creator of the Future Back approach to Talent Management. She is a versatile consultant and has spent the last 30+ years building her experience, knowledge, and insight into what makes organisations deliver their full potential, through working with some of the world’s most respected companies.

    In 2010 Jill founded consulting firm On3 Partners as a vehicle to offer organisational consulting services to clients in the private sector. Since then, Jill and her team have worked with global clients including Mars, Novartis, Cathay Pacific, Sky, Bupa, Whitbread, Google, PayPal, Imperial Brands, Inchcape and BBC Worldwide.

    Before founding On3, Jill held senior executive positions in the telecoms sector; co-founded and built successful consulting business 7days, and in a previous life spent 8 years at PWC, latterly as a Director of the HR Consulting Practice.

    Jill studied Organisation Behaviour at Birkbeck College, University of London and over the past 10 years been a specialist faculty member and advisor on organisation design to the National School of Government and an occasional guest lecturer at Cranfield School of Management.

Carla Henry

Carla has more than 27+ years of experience working with senior leaders across multiple industries and the public sector to lead, design and drive transformation through cultural, behavioural change and leadership development

  • Carla has lived Singapore and worked across the Asia Pacific region for local and global clients for the past 15 years.

    Carla blends business strategy and strategic change consulting with her background in psychology, organisation design, team and individual coaching and facilitation to implement powerful lasting change with her clients.

    Carla’s clients include Prudential, Eastspring, Inchcape, Kelloggs, Mondelez, BP, Vodafone, SABMiller, Roche, Genentec, PwC, Dyson, Mastercard Foundation, Merck, Novartis, Imperial Brands, HSBC, Credit Suisse, SC Johnson

    Carla has a BSc in Psychology, is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a founding member of the BPS Division of Coaching Psychology and Division of Occupational Psychology and working towards her Chartered Psychologist status.
