Each month we sit down with someone who has led a real organisation redesign, be that with their clients or as the client, and ask them the things people rarely get asked in public.

Jill will start us off with five minutes on The Circle Line, our eight-step method for designing an organisation. I will then move into the conversation with our guest, and at the end we discuss the story again together and open it up to your questions.

We meet on the last Thursday of every month for an hour on Zoom, and we alternate the time so Europe, Asia, Australia and the US each get a civilised hour.

Our next session is on Thursday 29th October at 12 noon UK, 8pm Singapore and 8am US Eastern.

Register once and you will get an invitation to every session, with the joining link the week before and the recording afterwards whether you made it or not. I don't expect everyone to turn up, I'm bad at registering for things then dropping out at the last minute!
